Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant, your role will involve meeting with clients to understand their travel needs, budgets, and preferences. You will then convert Travel Leads provided by the Company into sales, coordinating transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours, and activities for clients. Your responsibilities will also include advising clients on destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities, as well as handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with travel and tour vendors - Attend travel seminars and conferences - Conduct research on destinations and industry trends - Contribute to agency efforts as required To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong sales and interpersonal skills - Basic proficiency in Microsoft tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Effective negotiation abilities - Strong problem-solving capabilities - Attention to detail - Strong organizational skills - Efficient time management - Knowledge of domestic and international travel trends This Full-time, Permanent position is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of work experience. The required qualification is a Diploma or Graduation, with proficiency in English and Malayalam languages preferred.
