Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Bangalore and Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience as a travel consultant, travel agent, or similar role with an exceptional customer service record.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide expert travel advice and recommendations to clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and destinations.
Create personalized travel itineraries and packages for clients.
Collaborate with travel suppliers to negotiate rates and services.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of travel arrangements.

Job Requirements

Prior experience as a travel consultant, travel agent, or similar role is required.
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and activities is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed.
Proficiency in B2C sales and marketing principles is preferred.
Professional degree qualification is required.
