Transport Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily transport operations for employee pick-up and drop services.
• Prepare and manage transport schedules, rosters, and shift allocations.
• Monitor vehicle movements and ensure adherence to routes and timing.
• Liaise with transport vendors and drivers to ensure vehicle availability.
• Handle employee queries and complaints related to transport services.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with legal, safety, and company requirements (insurance, permits, cleanliness, GPS, etc.).
• Implement and monitor safety protocols, including emergency handling procedures.
• Maintain MIS reports and transport logs (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Collaborate with security and administration teams for seamless coordination.
• Support transport planning for special events, late-night shifts, or emergency requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Logistics or Transport Management is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in employee transportation or fleet management.
• Familiarity with transport management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours if required.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
• Vendor negotiation and contract handling
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
