1. Act as a Provana ambassador during onsite client engagements at US offices.
2. Understand, contribute to, and execute on the client account plan.
3. Assess the full potential of each client across Provana's offerings and develop tailored roadmaps, value propositions, and proposals.
4. Secure client buy-in for the overall strategic roadmap and initiate execution through a Phase 1 implementation.
5. Use success from Phase 1 to expand scope and gain approval for future phases.
6. Collaborate with operations, IT, and client teams to develop detailed transition plans and obtain alignment and sign-off.
7. Lead the execution of transition plans by:
a) Facilitate knowledge transfer by training local staff on how to do an effective remote process capture session, participate as needed, and ensuring all capture sessions are completed on schedule
b) Reviewing SOPs for completeness and quality before launching the proof of concept (POC). c) Monitoring POC success, supporting the remote team, and intervening where needed to ensure outcomes. d) Ensure the transition tracker is maintained and validated. e) Providing accurate, timely updates to client stakeholders, including scheduled reports and in-person executive briefings. f) Proactively escalating any risks or delays to ensure smooth execution.
8. Act as the subject matter expert on the clients business to support internal teams in solving challenges, prioritizing work, and tracking outcomes.
9. Document and quantify the value created through transitions (e.g., cost savings, improved turnaround time, clearance of backlogs, documenting undocumented SOPs, process improvements, quality improvements, increased total production capacity, less management bandwidth required).
10. Understand client organizational structures and internal dynamics—including key influencers, stakeholders, supporters and blockers, what is the key value proposition to different executives and managers, and team performance—critical for roadmap execution.
11. Develop a deep understanding of client operations, performance metrics, challenges, and platform capabilities, as well as opportunities for further business growth.
12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
