Job Description

Role Overview: As a Transition Management Senior Manager at our Hyderabad office, you will be responsible for managing site enablement and issue management. Reporting to the Transition Management Director, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement transition plans, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing transition-related issues effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, establishing risk management frameworks, and ensuring successful execution of transition plans to drive results and maintain project timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a Transition team and establish transition management and business integration processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transition plans successfully. - Communicate effectively with key collaborators, addressing concerns and providing regular updates. - Coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate job transitions to the Hyderabad office. - Establish risk management framework and contingency operations plans. - Define success measures & metrics with leaders, track defined metrics, analyze results, and demonstrate progress. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on transition progress. - Maintain and update all documentation related to the transition. - Conduct periodic transition reviews and post-transition reviews to identify areas for improvement. - Assist the Transition Management Director in ensuring the effectiveness of work handoff between multiple locations. Qualification Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in transition management or project management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and MS Office. - Prior experience in managing U.S. to India corporate knowledge and function transfer. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. - Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements. - Expertise in project management principles, transition documentation, tools, and templates. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, time management, and organizational skills. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 14+ years of experience.
