Role Overview

The

Transaction Manager

will lead the end-to-end deal process for commercial real estate clients from client acquisition to closure. This role demands strong experience in enterprise deal-making, people management, and client engagement.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven record of closing large-scale commercial transactions, managing sales teams, and driving business growth through relationship-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deal Management

Own the

end-to-end transaction cycle

from lead qualification, requirement understanding, and proposal presentation to negotiation and closure.

Manage multiple deals simultaneously, ensuring timely conversion and adherence to revenue targets.

Build deep understanding of clients business requirements to offer tailored workspace solutions.

2. Client Relationship & Advisory

Serve as a trusted real estate advisor to clients across sectors (tech, consulting, startups, enterprises).

Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Work closely with landlords, developers, and channel partners to structure competitive deals.

3. Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Advisors and Associates responsible for lead generation and client engagement.

Drive performance through regular reviews, training, and joint client meetings.

Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with organizational targets.

4. Market & Business Intelligence

Track market trends, new developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Partner with marketing and research teams to develop strategic insights and client pitches.

Share feedback with leadership for continuous process improvement.

5. Operations & Reporting

Maintain CRM discipline ensuring accurate data capture of leads, pipeline stages, and revenue forecasts.

Provide periodic MIS reports and deal analytics for leadership visibility.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical deal conduct.


Desired Skills & Attributes

7 10 years of total sales experience, including

at least 4 years in commercial real estate transactions

.

Proven experience in

closing enterprise-level real estate deals

(leasing, managed offices, or co-working).

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Deep understanding of commercial property dynamics in the Bangalore market (knowledge of other metros is a plus).

Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales dashboards.

Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.

MBA or Postgraduate degree in Management preferred.
