We are a product based company that provides comprehensive software solutions for research facilities in Universities and Institutions worldwide.Please visit www.IdeaElan.com for more information.We are looking for a Training Specialist with 2–4 years of experience who can quickly understand and learn our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating others, creating engaging training materials, and delivering impactful training sessions to internal teams and external users.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and learn our SaaS product and features in detail.
Develop training materials, documentation, and video tutorials.
Conduct onboarding and refresher training for internal staff and clients.
Collaborate with product and support teams to stay updated on platform changes.
Collect feedback and update training content regularly.

Required Experience

Quick learning ability, especially in SaaS platforms.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Experience in creating training materials and user guides.
Ability to manage multiple training sessions and timelines.
Basic understanding of customer success and support functions

Working Hours

This is a full-time remote position that requires availability during 2:00 PM IST – 11:00 PM IST.Skills: user guide development,communication,presentation skills,saas,communication skills,training material creation,training,customer success understanding,time management,saas platforms
