Description
As a College Outreach Executive at Cloudblitz powered by Greamio Technologies Private Limited, your role is crucial in shaping the future of education by building relationships with colleges, conducting seminars and workshops, and driving partnerships. You will be an integral part of the Training and Placement Department team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct college outreach activities including meetings, presentations, and relationship-building initiatives - Coordinate and support the execution of seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions - Assist in proposal discussions and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) finalization with Training & Placement Officers and Principals - Maintain strong relationships with colleges through regular follow-ups to ensure continuity and partnership strength - Update outreach trackers with visit logs, feedback, and outcomes for effective data management - Collect photos, testimonials, and event data for internal documentation and marketing purposes - Support local promotional campaigns and outreach events for increased visibility Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in roles related to Training & Placement or College Outreach - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel extensively and manage field schedules independently - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication - Fluency in English and Marathi (local language preferred) In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in institutional sales, education marketing, and public relations.
