Training & Placement Outreach Executive

Role Overview: As a College Outreach Executive at Cloudblitz powered by Greamio Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the Training and Placement Department. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with colleges, conducting seminars and workshops, and fostering partnerships to revolutionize the education sector. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct college visits for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities - Coordinate and support the execution of seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions - Assist in proposal discussions and finalization of MoUs with Training & Placement Officers and Principals - Maintain regular follow-ups with colleges to ensure strong partnerships and continuity - Update outreach trackers with visit logs, feedback, and outcomes for effective data management - Gather photos, testimonials, and event data for internal documentation and marketing purposes - Support local promotional campaigns and outreach events for broader reach Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in TPO or College Outreach or similar roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel extensively and manage field schedules independently - Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication - Fluency in English and local language (Marathi preferred) Additional Details: Cloudblitz offers you hands-on experience in institutional sales, education marketing, and public relations.
