About the Role:

We're on the hunt for dynamic and driven College Outreach Executives to join our Training and Placement Department! As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with colleges, conducting seminars and workshops, and driving partnerships that shape the future of education.

Key Responsibilities:

- College Outreach: Visit colleges to conduct meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities

- Seminars and Workshops: Coordinate and support execution of seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions

- Partnership Development: Assist in proposal discussions and MoU finalization with Training & Placement Officers and Principals

- Relationship Management: Follow up with colleges regularly to ensure continuity and maintain strong partnerships

- Data Management: Maintain and update outreach trackers with visit logs, feedback, and outcomes

- Marketing Support: Collect photos, testimonials, and data from events for internal documentation and marketing

- Promotional Campaigns: Assist in local promotional campaigns and outreach events

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in TPO or College Outreach or similar roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel extensively and manage field schedules independently

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication

- Fluency in English and local language (Marathi preferred)
