Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR departments.
  • Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and pool campus events.
  • Coordinate pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, and interviews.
  • Maintain a database of student profiles and placement statistics as per NBA & NAAC
  • Design and execute training programs (aptitude, soft skills, technical skills, etc.) to improve students’ employability.
  • Collaborate with faculty and external trainers for training delivery.
  • Conduct career counselling sessions, resume-building workshops, and interview preparation.
  • Develop and strengthen industry-institute partnerships.
  • Invite industry experts for seminars, webinars, and guest lectures.
  • Arrange internships and industrial visits for students.
  • Keep accurate records of placement activities and prepare regular reports as per NBA & NAAC
  • Track placement performance, student feedback, and employer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional goals and regulatory standards.
  • Guide students on career choices, market trends, and higher education opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for all placement-related inquiries from students and recruiters.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, HR, or related field from AICTE approved institute.
  • 3–10 years of experience in training, placement, or corporate relations (preferably in an academic institution).
