Job Title: Training and Placement Officer (TPO) Organization: Global Institute of Technology, Sitapura, Jaipur Department: Training & Placement Cell Reporting To: Vice President – Placement Compensation: No bar for deserving candidate Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR departments. Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and pool campus events. Coordinate pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, and interviews. Maintain a database of student profiles and placement statistics as per NBA & NAAC Design and execute training programs (aptitude, soft skills, technical skills, etc.) to improve students’ employability. Collaborate with faculty and external trainers for training delivery. Conduct career counselling sessions, resume-building workshops, and interview preparation. Develop and strengthen industry-institute partnerships. Invite industry experts for seminars, webinars, and guest lectures. Arrange internships and industrial visits for students. Keep accurate records of placement activities and prepare regular reports as per NBA & NAAC Track placement performance, student feedback, and employer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with institutional goals and regulatory standards. Guide students on career choices, market trends, and higher education opportunities. Act as a point of contact for all placement-related inquiries from students and recruiters. Data Analytics & Reporting: • Generate and analyse periodic reports on inquiry-to-admission conversion ratios, demography of applicants, attrition trends, and parent feedback. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
