Training Manager(UK Pension)

Role Overview: As a Training Manager for UK Pension at Wipro Limited, your role will involve devising plans and approaches aligned with the organizational training strategy. You will oversee the implementation of these plans and assess their outcomes. Your responsibilities will include identifying training and developmental needs, driving suitable training initiatives, and working across departments to ensure employees are up to speed in both their specific vertical and the overall needs of the Account.
