CTC- Upto 12 Lpa

Qualification-Graduation Mandatory

Experience- 3 to 10 Yrs of training experience (Life Insurance domain is mandatory)

Location: Nagpur

(Local Candidate Preferred)

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in the local regional language and English.

• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple training programs across various locations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in employee development, Sales training, and driving behavioral change.

• Strong knowledge of life insurance Products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct training programs for the Banca channel partners (Bank of Maharashtra) across the Vidarbha region.

• Drive learning & development initiatives to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance adherence.

• Support branch teams in achieving business targets through effective training interventions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design impactful modules.

• Ensure continuous capability building of sales teams to enhance productivity.

• Coordinate with department heads to organize training programs, ensuring full participation and engagement.

• Deliver training sessions across various mapped locations as per the planned calendar.
