Job Overview:

We are looking for a Training Center Manager to oversee daily operations of our technical training center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of training programs, manage trainers and students, handle administrative tasks, and drive enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center.
• Coordinate with trainers to schedule and conduct technical training programs.
• Handle student inquiries, registrations, and admissions process.
• Maintain training center facilities, attendance, and records.
• Ensure quality delivery of training sessions and monitor student progress.
• Develop marketing and outreach strategies to increase enrollments.
• Manage center expenses, budgeting, and reporting.
• Coordinate placement assistance and industry partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Technical or Management background preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in center management, training coordination, or admin roles.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic digital tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in handling technical or educational institutions.
• Knowledge of software / IoT / industry-specific training programs.
• Fluency in English and Tamil.
