This is a hands-on role that combinescontent creation, facilitation, quality audits, and performance enablement to drive real, measurable improvement across sales, service,and advisory functions.

Analytical and structured capable of linking trainingoutcomes with businessKPIs. Experienced in fintechor BFSI customer environments.
