Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide training to housekeeping staff on soft services, facility management, and hospitality standards.
Develop and deliver customized training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure employee performance and progress.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field (facility management, hospitality).
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (B.A or BHM).
Strong knowledge of soft services, facility management principles, and hospitality standards.
Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse groups effectively.
