Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs for installation technicians, including onboarding, refresher, and re-training sessions
  
• Conduct hands-on and classroom training on furniture installation processes, tools, safety standards, and customer handling
  
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics such as NPS, installation TAT, and service feedback to identify gaps and improvement areas
  
• Evaluate technician performance on a month-on-month basis and provide actionable feedback and coaching
  
• Work closely with operations and quality teams to ensure consistent adherence to installation SOPs and service standards
  
• Collaborate with the New Product Development team to understand new product features, installation requirements, and potential challenges
  
• Create installation guidelines, training manuals, SOPs, and checklists for new and existing products
  
• Support pilot installations and new product rollouts by training technicians and ensuring readiness across teams
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technician productivity, installation quality, and customer satisfaction
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 56 years of experience in the furniture and installation industry, with strong hands-on installation knowledge
  
• Prior experience in training, quality, or technical coaching roles preferred
  
• Strong understanding of installation processes, tools, materials, and safety standards
  
• Experience working with customer experience metrics such as NPS
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and product teams
  

Willingness to travel for field training and audits as required
