Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

• Training Delivery:

  Conduct engaging training sessions on stock market fundamentals, trading strategies, and investment products for learners across levels.

• Content Development:

  Design and update learning materials, video content, and online training modules to ensure relevance and clarity.

• Simplify Finance:

  Use creative and interactive teaching methods to make complex market concepts easy to understand.

• Learner Engagement:

  Mentor trainees, clarify doubts, and guide them through practical aspects of trading and investments.

• Continuous Learning:

  Stay updated with financial market trends, tools, and regulatory changes to enhance training quality.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with internal teams to promote financial literacy initiatives and educational outreach programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields

• Experience:

  3+ years of experience in financial markets, trading, or investment advisory with proven training exposure

• Certifications:

  NISM certifications such as Series VIII, Series V-A, Series VII, Series I and Series X-A & X-B – Investment Adviser (Level 1 & 2)

• Communication:

  Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills

• Market Knowledge:

  In-depth understanding of Indian stock markets, mutual funds, and trading platforms

• Soft Skills:

  Empathetic mentor with a passion for simplifying financial concepts and motivating learners
