Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer, located in Udaipur. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to new, existing employees, Partners and Bank officials. This includes creating training materials, conducting in-person training sessions as well as online sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. The Trainer will also work closely with middle management to identify training needs and ensure that training objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training and Development, including creating training materials and conducting training sessions specially for General Insurance products and processes
• Knowledge of General Insurance Industry practices and principles is must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree on regular basis
• Professional certification in training is a plus
