Trainer

Key Responsibilities :

• Training Creation & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging billing training (live/recorded).
• Medical Coding Instruction: Teach CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, payer rules, RCM workflows.
• Compliance Training: Educate on regulations and industry best practices.
• Performance Tracking: Evaluate training via quizzes, audits, feedback.
• RCM Education: Train on claims, payments, denials, A/R processes.
• Documentation: Maintain SOPs, guides, and training logs.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on coding and billing changes.
• Team Collaboration: Align with coding, billing, and RCM teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Short Form):

• Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, billing.
• Familiar with EHR, billing software, EDI/ERA.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Knowledge of adult learning/training methods.
• 2–3 years in billing/coding; training experience a plus.
