Job Summary:

Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  induction and process training

  for new hires.
• Develop and deliver

  training modules

  based on client requirements and internal standards.
• Ensure trainees achieve the desired

  productivity and quality benchmarks

  during the training phase.
• Maintain training

  trackers, attendance, and performance reports

  .
• Identify

  skill gaps

  and provide

  refresher training sessions

  to improve performance.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure alignment of training with actual process needs.
  
• Participate in

  call audits, coaching, and feedback

  sessions.
• Continuously

  improve training methods

  and materials based on feedback and performance analysis.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English)
  
• In-depth understanding of domestic BPO processes (BFSI)
  
• Good interpersonal and coaching abilities
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  
• Analytical and reporting skills
  

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in a domestic BPO environment
