Role Description

This is a temporary role located in Chennai for a Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to upskill employees and enhance their technical and professional competencies. Key tasks include conducting workshops, creating engaging training materials, assessing training effectiveness, and providing individualized coaching or mentoring to team members as needed.
