Job Description

As a Trainer at our BPO team in Yeshwanthpur, you will play a crucial role in enhancing individual and team performance through the design, implementation, and delivery of impactful training programs. Collaborating closely with operations, quality, and HR teams, you will ensure that training initiatives align with business goals and client expectations. Your primary focus will be on improving service skills, product knowledge, customer acquisition, cross-selling/upselling techniques, target achievement, and soft skills. Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) will be essential in continuously uplifting the team's capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver engaging process training for new hires and existing staff. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) in collaboration with operations and quality teams. - Provide performance coaching, one-on-one feedback sessions, and skill enhancement workshops. - Ensure agents are well-versed in product knowledge, customer handling skills, and cross-selling/upselling techniques. - Track training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback for data-driven improvements. - Support learning and development initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Prepare training content, manuals, and post-training reports. - Manage floor support, refreshers, and ongoing capability programs. Mandatory Key Skills: - Polished Communication and Stakeholder Management. - Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Training Needs Identification (TNI). - Soft Skills & Communication Training. - Interpersonal & Presentation Skills. - Analytical Thinking.
