As a Trainer at our BPO team in Yeshwanthpur, you will play a crucial role in enhancing individual and team performance through the design, implementation, and delivery of impactful training programs. Collaborating closely with operations, quality, and HR teams, you will ensure that training initiatives align with business goals and client expectations. Your primary focus will be on improving service skills, product knowledge, customer acquisition, cross-selling/upselling techniques, target achievement, and soft skills.
