As a Trainee Technical Support Representative, your role will involve responding promptly to customer queries via email and/or live chat, both technical and non-technical. You will be responsible for acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, explaining product features, and guiding customers through functionalities. It is essential to stay updated on product knowledge to address customer questions efficiently. Collaboration with team members is crucial to provide customers with the best possible solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries accurately and in a timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and determine the root cause of the problem - Explain product features and guide customers through functionalities - Stay updated on product knowledge for quick customer query resolution - Collaborate with team members to provide optimal solutions to customer issues Qualifications Required: - International customer support experience in voice, email, and chat - Ability to adapt to customer issues using product knowledge and critical thinking - Commitment to maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service - Willingness to work in shifts and have no issues with rotational week offs Additionally, you must have: - Your own computer with Windows 8.1 or above - Hi-speed broadband connection - UPS/power backup solution if possible - Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad/Bangalore for outstation candidates Mandatory Skills: - Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Flexibility and availability for rotational shifts and week offs - Strong logical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities Feel free to apply if you meet the above qualifications and are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role as a Trainee Technical Support Representative.
