Trainee Technical Support Representative

As a Trainee Technical Support Representative, your role will involve responding promptly to customer queries via email and/or live chat, both technical and non-technical in nature. You will be responsible for acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, guiding customers through product features, and ensuring thorough product knowledge to address customer questions efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to provide the best possible solutions to customer problems. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email and live chat - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, determine root causes of issues, and follow up for resolution - Guide customers through product features and functionalities - Stay updated on product knowledge to address customer questions effectively - Collaborate with team members to provide optimal solutions to customer problems Qualifications Required: - 1 year of international voice experience - Experience in international customer support via voice, email, and chat - Ability to adapt to customer issues using product knowledge and critical thinking - Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs - Logical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Please note: - Candidates must have their own computer with Windows 8.1 or above - Mandatory hi-speed broadband connection and UPS/power backup solution recommended - Outstation candidates must be willing to relocate to Bangalore or Hyderabad when work from the office resumes.,
