Assistant Manager - Work Force Management

As the Assistant Manager of Work Force Management at Side, a leading provider in the gaming services industry, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional gaming experiences worldwide. Your role will involve ensuring optimal staffing levels, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing exemplary support to various departments. We are looking for a data-driven individual with excellent analytical and leadership skills who can effectively manage a team and contribute to data-informed decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of workforce management strategies, analyzing workforce data for forecasting staffing needs, monitoring day-to-day operations to maintain service levels, overseeing scheduling and staffing assignments based on real-time data, collaborating with department leaders to resolve operational issues, conducting training sessions for the workforce management team, supporting strategic initiatives to improve employee productivity and retention, and preparing and presenting reports to senior management. This full-time, permanent position is based in a remote setting with locations in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in workforce management in the BPO Industry or related fast-paced environments. Experience in people management, capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, and team management is essential. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with workforce management tools, excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a team-player mentality are also required. Preferred skills include previous experience with workforce forecasting methodologies, knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards, and experience in the gaming or tech industry. The notice period for this role is 0 to 20 days. The interview process consists of 1 round and the induction will be in-person from either Bangalore or Hyderabad.
