Job Description

Responding promptly to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email and/or live chat.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints & technical problems by determining the cause of the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Explain and guide customers through product features and functionalities.
Stay up to date and be thorough with product knowledge so that customer questions can be answered quickly.
Communicating, coordinating & collaborating with team members and colleagues to provide customers with best possible solution to their problem.
Always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and provide high level of experience.
Stay focused on the quality by ensuring consistency and adherence to high standards.
Maintain our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer service on every interaction with the customer.

Requirement
