Should have strong communication. Must have experience in handling bulk/volume hiring. Understanding the Technical & actively involved from head hunting till onboarding. Should be confident enough to handle the various crowds. Strong knowledge on MS Excel, PPT. Must coordinate with department manager to close the position. Participating in salary negotiation and releasing offer. Ensure that all position is hired as per TAT. Coordinate with all the department heads for recruitment. Handling the recruitment Issues & Queries. Preparing & maintaining recruitment reports. Sourcing and screening profiles. Any Graduation. Minimum experience range 2 to 4 years(preferably Non-tech recruitment Bulk/Volume). Work from office.
