· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services/software domain.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable IT solutions.
· Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
· Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
· Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
· Participate in marketing and networking events, webinars, and product demos.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
· 0-1 year of experience in sales/business development in the IT domain (software services, SaaS, digital transformation, etc.).
· Strong understanding of IT services and solution selling.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
· Experience in B2B, D2C products, and IT sales, including selling to enterprise clients.
· Exposure to software product demos or technical solution discussions.
· Knowledge of basic technical terminologies (cloud, web apps, mobile apps, APIs, etc.).
