We are the worlds largest producer of interactive media content for the automotive industry.Our automotive division izmocars delivers advanced digital solutions for OEMs, large dealer groups, rental companies, and online marketplaces, including website platforms, CRM systems, data analytics, and digital marketing services across North America, Europe, and Asia.As a Quality Assurance Trainee, the candidate will support the QA team in ensuring product and process quality through testing (both manual and automation), documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to understand product design and requirements to engineer testing approach and prepare test cases
  • Assist in developing and executing quality control procedures
  • Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with standards
  • Document and report deviations, defects, and non-conformities
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, audits, and quality metrics
  • Prepare reports for internal reviews and external audits
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Gain hands-on experience with QA tools and methodologies
  • Stay updated with the latest QA trends and technologies

Mandatory / Primary Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Basic understanding of QA methodologies, QA Automation, tools, and standards
