Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Drawing Reading, Experience of Fabrication, Welding, and all Job Processes. - Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Drawing Study. - Preparation of Job Schedule. - Co-ordination with Shop for production activities. - Attending Production Review Meetings. - Co-ordination with shop for schedule adherence and prior intimation to customers if there are any delays. - Managing the shop floor to meet production schedules. - Ensuring the safety of all employees through safe working practices. - Capable of handling and guiding the team effectively. - Ensuring production planning as per requirements and meeting production targets with quality on a daily basis through effective utilization of human resources. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Proficiency in languages such as English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Solid technical background. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Team working ability, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively. - Ability to make decisions under pressure. - Good skills in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
