You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Reading and interpreting drawings, with experience in fabrication, welding, and all job processes - Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and studying drawings - Creating job schedules and coordinating with the shop floor - Attending Production Review Meetings and ensuring production targets are met - Coordinating with the shop regarding schedules and providing prior intimation to customers if jobs are not completed as per schedule - Managing the shop floor to meet production schedules and ensuring the safety of all employees through safe working practices - Capable of handling and guiding the team effectively - Ensuring production planning aligns with requirements and achieving the production plan - Meeting production targets with quality on a daily basis by effectively utilizing human resources Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages - Solid technical background - Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Strong team working, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively - Capable of making decisions under pressure - Good skills in AutoCAD and MS Excel Desired Qualification: - QBE/DME in Mechanical Engineering Desired Experience: - 1 year Location: - Pune Please note that the specific number of vacancies and any additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
