Job Description

  • Assist the Lean Management Team in mapping, documenting, and improving business processes.
  • Analyze performance data to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Support process improvement, automation, and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Prepare SOPs, dashboards, and process flowcharts for various functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvements.
  • Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement programs.

Candidate profile:

  • Educational Qualification: Any degree
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in process, quality, or data-driven roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of Lean / Six Sigma / Process Improvement concepts (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
