Job Description

Assist the Lean Management Team in mapping, documenting, and improving business processes.
Analyze performance data to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
Support process improvement, automation, and quality enhancement initiatives.
Prepare SOPs, dashboards, and process flowcharts for various functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor improvements.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement programs.

Candidate profile:

Educational Qualification: Any degree
0 to 1 year of experience in process, quality, or data-driven roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of Lean / Six Sigma / Process Improvement concepts (preferred).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
