OrangeMantra’s internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects. Interns will work closely with industry experts, gain technical and business knowledge, and contribute to various initiatives within their assigned department. Roles & Responsibilities Depending on the department, interns may be involved in: Technical Roles Assisting in software development, testing, and debugging. Learning and applying programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or PHP. Working on front-end or back-end development using modern frameworks. Supporting DevOps and cloud-based projects. Analyzing data and generating reports using data science techniques. Assisting in IT support and cybersecurity initiatives. Non-Technical Roles Conducting market research and competitor analysis. Assisting in digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and social media strategies. Supporting business development and sales teams with lead generation. Working on project coordination and client communication. Creating content, presentations, and documentation as required. Skills & Qualifications Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of relevant tools and technologies related to the department.
