Trainee - Customer Support

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve communicating with current and potential customers through calls, emails, and online chats (both inbound and outbound). Your responsibilities will include: - Handling complaints and developing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and build loyalty - Troubleshooting technical problems - Processing orders and transactions - Providing information about the company's products and services - Developing and documenting knowledge into useful content To qualify for this role, you should have: - An undergraduate engineering degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electronics with a graduation year of 2023 or 2024 - Previous experience working in call centers or multinational corporations as a customer service agent - Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - The ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Strong empathy and listening skills to de-escalate situations and identify root issues - The capacity to stand or sit for extended periods (including overtime) - Familiarity with Automatic Call Distribution Phone System (ACD), caller ID, and auto-dialing systems,
