Trainee Chartered Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant Trainee with CA Inter qualification and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance. This role offers exposure to complete accounting activities, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate must be highly skilled in Tally ERP and proactive in managing accounting responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations: journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, P&L, and balance sheets.
• Handle GST filing, TDS, Income Tax returns, and compliance activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings in line with regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal & external audits.
• Operate Tally ERP (mandatory) and other accounting tools.
• Track cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Provide MIS reports and financial analysis for management decisions.
• Maintain proper accounting discipline and guide junior staff (if applicable).

Requirements

• Education: CA Inter (Completed – mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in accounting & finance.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance.
• Advanced MS Excel & other accounting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in finalization of accounts.
• Exposure to tax assessments, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
