Role Overview: As a Trainee Associate Consultant in Business Development focusing on IT services & consulting, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for full-cycle recruitment and bench sales. Your role will involve connecting top talent with the right opportunities to drive business growth in a proactive and driven manner. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles - Source, interview, negotiate, and close offers during the full-cycle recruitment process - Evaluate consultant resumes against market needs for effective resume screening - Market bench consultants to maximize placements in bench sales - Build strong relationships with vendors, account managers, and hiring managers through networking - Nurture existing client relationships while expanding into new ones for client growth - Lead the bench marketing cycle to ensure quick turnarounds and consultant satisfaction by taking ownership of the process Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal & written English communication skills - Strong interpersonal and networking abilities - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking - Proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving skills - Individual leadership capability - Preferred Qualifications: - UG: B.Tech/B.E., BCA (any specialization) - PG: MBA/PGDM (any specialization) Additional Company Details: The company offers fixed weekends off (Sat & Sun), a collaborative work culture, attractive incentives, and performance-based appraisals to create a results-driven environment where your skills can truly make an impact.
