WE’RE HIRING : Trade & Statutory Compliance Executive

Location: TMV Group (TMV Gardens / Factory locations, as required) Reporting to: Head – Finance & Compliance

TMV Group is a well-established manufacturing organisation with strong domestic and export operations. As we continue to strengthen our trade and statutory compliance framework, we are looking for a Trade & Statutory Compliance Executive to drive execution, coordination, and documentation across export and regulatory requirements.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on execution role responsible for managing export documentation, trade compliance, and coordination of statutory requirements across departments and regulatory bodies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade & Export Compliance

Prepare, submit, and track Certificates of Origin (Preferential and Non-Preferential) through DGFT and related portals.

Handle DGFT and ICEGATE compliances, including Advance Authorisation documentation, EBRC linking, and import bond closures.

Maintain export control sheets, DGFT records, trackers, and compliance documentation.

Verify and coordinate export/import documentation including Shipping Bills, Bills of Entry, HBL/HAWB drafts.

Ensure compliance with RBI export regulations, including documentation for BL, EBRC, and IGST refunds.

Liaise with Sales, EXIM, Finance, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of export sales and transactions.

Work hands-on with DGFT, ICEGATE, Customs, FIEO, and Indian Trade Portal.

Export Insurance

Track export insurance policies, limits, and renewals.

Coordinate intimation to insurers post AWB / BL.

Support insurance claims documentation, when required.

Statutory Compliance (Non-Accounting)

Coordinate PF and ESI filings in liaison with external consultants.

Manage FSSAI licensing and renewals.

Maintain statutory compliance calendars, inspection schedules, and related documentation.

Documentation & Records

Maintain clean, well-organised physical and digital compliance records.

Ensure documentation readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

2-5 years of experience in trade / export compliance.

Strong hands-on experience with DGFT portal, COO processing, export insurance, and EXIM documentation.

Background in manufacturing or processing industries preferred.

Excellent documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance timelines.
