Division: WoW Momo FMCGReports To: Regional Sales Head / National Trade Marketing Head---Role Overview:We are looking for a hands-on Trade Marketing Executive/ Officer (BTL Activities) to drive on-ground brand visibility, promoter management, consumer engagement, and trade activations for WoW Momo’s FMCG division. This role will ensure effective execution of BTL activities, promoter-led sales, event activations, and competition tracking to accelerate sales growth and brand presence across the region.---Key Responsibilities:BTL & Activation ExecutionPlan, implement, and monitor all Below-The-Line (BTL) activities including sampling, roadshows, in-store activations, events, and retail visibility drives.Design and deploy Point-of-Sale (POSM) materials and ensure execution excellence across outlets.Promoter ManagementRecruit, train, and manage field promoters to deliver daily sales targets.Set promoter KPIs and ensure adherence to sales conversions and consumer engagement quality.Monitor promoter attendance, performance, and provide regular coaching.Sales & Offtake TrackingTrack daily, weekly, and monthly sales offtake from promoters and activations.Ensure alignment of marketing activities with sales targets and distributor objectives.Reporting & MISMaintain daily reporting of promoter sales, activations, and campaign effectiveness.Provide structured reports on ROI, consumer reach, and execution gaps.Market IntelligenceConduct regular competition tracking on pricing, promotions, visibility, and activations.Share actionable insights with sales and marketing teams to stay ahead in the market.Agency & Vendor CoordinationManage agencies for promoter hiring, event execution, and material deployment.Negotiate costs and ensure timely execution within allocated budgets.---Key Requirements:MBA / Graduate with 4–7 years of experience in Trade Marketing / BTL / Activations (FMCG preferred).Strong experience in promoter management, events, retail visibility, and consumer activations.Excellent planning, reporting, and team management skills.High ownership with ability to work in fast-paced startup-like FMCG environment.Willingness to travel extensively across the area.
