Trade Marketing Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing all channel related activities for the designated area through vendors, including eating and drinking, modern trade, mom and pop retailers, grocery, non-traditional channels, and point of sale. As an Executive Channel, your primary focus will be on channel programs, depot and distributor management, analysis and reporting, and collaborating with internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities: - Execute unit-specific initiatives in E&D, Grocery, and Convenience channels as per the shared plan - Ensure outlet activation execution in alignment with RED standards - Support the development and implementation of unit activation plans using approved national/regional channel standards - Plan standard approved activation elements and other marketing collaterals - Manage execution and portfolio as per the shared plan - Execute local initiatives across depots and distributors - Track systems and evaluation processes - Scale up national/regional programs through local initiatives - Analyze activation as per RED/DEEP RED to-do list - Identify gaps and growth opportunities in various channels based on the PITA model - Monitor competition activities and ensure market activation through RSA data analysis Qualification Required: - Graduation/M.B.A. - 2-4 years of relevant experience Additional Details: - Work Location: Warangal - Geographical Scope: Hyderabad - Reports To: Area Channel Manager/Channel Manager - Key Customers: - Internal Customers: Sales Team at the Unit, Finance, RTM - External Customers: Vendors, Suppliers, Distributors, Key Accounts, Agencies, Customers - Travel: Above 75%,
