Job Summary: The ideal candidate will support brand visibility, trade promotions, and market activation initiatives across on-trade and off-trade channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for a recent graduate passionate about brands, sales, and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities Assist in executing brand activation activities in retail outlets, bars, pubs, and events. Coordinate the rollout of in-store visibility elements. Ensure on-shelf presence of our products as per planogram in line with Off Trade Standards of Excellence. Track and support promotional campaigns and monitor their performance at point-of-sale (POS) Following the permanent journey plan to our EP / IP On & Off Trade accounts. Maintain records and hygiene of POS deployed at various EP / IP accounts. Assist in creating trade decks and reports analyzing the ROI of activations and promotions. Ensure all activities comply with local laws, especially alcohol marketing regulations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 6 month 2 years of experience in trade marketing / field marketing . Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Comfortable with fieldwork. Understanding of Alco-bev marketing codes and legal constraints. (preferred but not mandatory) Preferred Qualities: Passionate about the Alco-bev industry and consumer trends. Detail-oriented and proactive, with a can-do attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
