  • You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
  • To set and drive sales strategy by crafting strategic plans aligned with market trends and objectives.
  • To manage team performance by tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions.
  • To build and nurture key customer relationships by negotiating deals, resolving issues, fostering loyalty.
  • To provide ongoing coaching + feedback, equipping team members with the skills and knowledge to excel.
  • To analyze sales data + trends, translating insights into actionable strategies, + ensuring data cleaning in core log.
  • To motivate, inspire the team, cultivating a positive, results-oriented environment.
  • To provide performance data, insights through regular reporting or dashboards.
  • To coordinate with customer care locations (CCL), operational care centers (OCC), the trade + pricing teams, effectively driving business conversion.
