Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Classify products using HS codes for global import/export.
Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations (India HSN, US HTS, EU CN, WCO HS).
Analyze technical drawings, BOMs, and product specifications.
Support export controls, sanctions, and trade compliance activities.
Assist in ISO and customs audits with documentation support.
Improve classification processes and contribute to automation initiatives.
Train internal teams on HS classification practices.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

Knowledge of mechanical / hydraulic / electrical components.
Experience in mining or construction products (preferred).
Familiarity with trade compliance rules and customs tariffs.
Hands-on with HS classification tools & databases.
Good in MS Excel (macros preferred) and ERP tools.
Trade compliance certification is a plus.

Detail-oriented and compliance-focused.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Team player with a proactive mindset.
Able to work under pressure.
