Job Description

Role & responsibilities

PROJECT ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform inspections of piping and HVAC systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Verify material quality and specifications through Material Test Certificates (MTC) and on-site checks.
Prepare and maintain Quality Control documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and Request for Inspections (RFIs).
Document and report quality observations, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate inspection and testing records for project handovers.
Verify that HVAC systems comply with airflow and thermal performance criteria.
Collaborate with site teams and contractors to address quality issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical support to resolve quality-related concerns during installation and testing phases.
Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for piping and HVAC systems.
