This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
As a Trade Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting global trade operations by analyzing trade data, monitoring regulatory changes, and providing actionable insights to optimize international business activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, identify market opportunities, and support strategic decision-making for executive audience and the government relations team.The work model for the role is: #Li_hybrid
This role is contributing to the Robotics division in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Analyze global trade flows, tariffs, and market trends to support tactical as well as strategic decisions.
  • Ability to relate geopolitics to the company and enable impact tracking in real time.
  • Monitor international trade regulations and ensure compliance across operations.
  • Work closely with the Government Relations function to support on ad-hoc analysis as well as quantifying the various policies in the company context.
  • Prepare detailed reports to communicate trade insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Support risk assessments related to trade compliance and contribute to mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline trade related processes.
  • Maintain and enhance trade databases and tools for improved data accuracy and accessibility
  • Build a relative country competitiveness positioning for the company and competition
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in International Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trade analysis, international logistics, or trade compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with global trade regulations (e.g., WTO, FTAs, Incoterms, HS codes).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audience.
  • Ability to read P&L and analyze company performance in context of the broader market is key
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with global setup including multiple stakeholders
  • A curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
