Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join the Finance Team. You are expected to work on business processes/improve existing processes, perform analysis, define control systems and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and lead processes in finance department

Streamline existing business processes by developing relevant MISes
Identify the process bottlenecks and gaps to increase efficiency
Reduce manual efforts by identify the automation opportunities

2. Financial Analysis/ Business Finance

Set up automated Analytics dashboards
Work with different departments to understand business process and capture the impact on financials and financial reporting
Identify process gaps impacting financial reporting and implementing changes to address the issues
Ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Drive business insights through financial reporting

Requirements:

Aptitude to work in Corporate Finance function
3 years + work experience in Problem solving roles (business finance/ financial analysis)
Strong team player.
A go-getter. High intent of getting things done.
Strive for excellence. Strong commitment to improve things every day.
Ability to make decisions based on sound logical arguments
Exceptional problem solving skills. First principles person
