Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in the insurance sector and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken. This role is crucial in providing outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide informed support.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the development of customer support processes and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
