The Role and Responsibilities

EnerMech have a new opportunity for an Order to Cash (O2C) Tower Lead/Manager to lead the O2C function of the Shared Services Centre in Mumbai, India. This role will oversee the teams handling the billing, cash collection and cash application activities of the Shared Services Centre.

As the primary contact for all O2C related matters in the Shared Services Centre, you will monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high quality service delivery, drive continuous improvement, accuracy and cost effectiveness. Building strong relationships internally and externally will be key. As is the ability to lead, mentor and develop a high performing O2C team.

The Requirements

Successful applicants will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or similar. Work experience in a shared services centre is required. You should have held a leadership position within an O2C function for at least 3 years and have built up a strong knowledge of O2C processes and ERP systems. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, change leadership and stakeholder management skills.
